Island Craft Fairs is expanding and we need more staff! 

We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team for part-time event work. If you enjoy staying active, working in a community-focused environment, and supporting local vendors, we`d love to meet you!

The Role:

• Setup & Breakdown: Assemble and disassemble 10x10 tents, tables, chairs, and sound systems/speakers.
• Vendor Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for our vendors throughout the event.
• Event Presence: Maintain a professional and helpful presence to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.

Requirements:

• Physical Ability: Must be able to carry and maneuver at least 40lbs.
• Environment: Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Locations: Events take place across Oahu, including Kapolei, Aiea, Hawaii Kai, Waikiki, Kaneohe, and the Ala Moana area.

Schedule & Shift Details: Our shifts are long, but the most laborious work is concentrated during the first 2 hours (setup) and the final 90 minutes (pack-up). We are looking for staff available for the following recurring shifts:

• 1st Sundays: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Fridays: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• 2nd Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 2nd Sundays: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 3rd Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 3rd Sundays: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 4th Saturdays: 6:15 AM – 4:30 PM
