Our events follow a strict recurring schedule (e.g., 1st Sundays, 2nd Fri-Sun, 3rd Sat-Sun, etc.). Are you available to work most or all of these specific recurring dates?
This position requires manual labor, including the ability to consistently lift and carry at least 40 lbs and remain on your feet for up to 12 hours. Are you able to perform these physical requirements?
Our events move between Kapolei, Aiea, Waikiki, and Hawaii Kai. Do you have reliable transportation to arrive at these various locations by the early morning (6:00 AM) or stay for late-night (10:30 PM) shifts?
Do you have any experience with event setup (tents, tables, sound systems) or other manual labor roles? Please briefly describe.
Part of this role involves checking in on vendors and being a helpful, professional presence at the fair. Are you comfortable interacting with the public and assisting vendors with a positive attitude?
