How would you describe your computer/networking knowledge? We deal with lots POS systems, boards, mapping, etc when troubleshooting.
How would you describe your communication skills? As a tech, you will be interacting with the customers. You also be interacting with the various tech support companies.
Are you willing to work on your own without supervision? As a tech, you will be mostly on your own catching calls.
Are you willing to work after hours/on call? We rotate techs each week to be on call in case of emergency calls. Also, projects may require to work after hours.
Are you willing to travel to outer-islands? We do lots of work/projects on outer-islands that may require being off island for the whole work week.
