Job Details

The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of Ikehu Utility Solutions (IUS) utility related services and products throughout the State of Hawaii. The targeted market is multifamily housing, condominium associations and commercial centers for all islands.

Candidates should have a working knowledge of the condominium industry, service-related sales experience and the ability to successfully execute industry trade shows. Inter-island travel is required on a monthly basis to attend trade shows, conduct surveys and present at community meetings. Collaboration & consistent communication with departments, industry partners and decision makers will be essential to the success of the candidate and company. 

Position has a base pay range of $22-24/hr based on experience with closed contract commission.  Quarterly and annual bonuses are provided by reaching sales goals discussed with Management. This job operates in a hybrid professional office environment with regular visits to communities across the state. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and virtual meeting software. Must have a clean driving record. Weekly work schedule is between 8am to 5pm with possibility of evening or weekend hours.
