Receptionist

Description:

  • Answering the telephone and directing calls to the correct person.
  • Being comfortable speaking on the phone to answer questions as well as to tell customers about our service is essential.
  • You will be responsible for completing intake information with customers and arranging for in-home assessments by our care team. 
  • Taking clear, concise messages for the office staff.
  • Filing and email related tasks with customers and caregivers
  • Basic computer knowledge is essential with applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Other basic office work will also be required that is associated with home healthcare agencies.   
  • medical insurance, dental insurance and eye coverage is included
  • Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
  • Free Parking
