What You'll Do: As a Residential Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our condominium while providing top-notch hospitality services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to building emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Enforcing house rules to maintain order and ensure the well-being of our residents and guests.
• Conducting security surveillance to prevent and address any potential threats.
• Delivering white glove hospitality services with a smile, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Requirements: We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in security and outstanding customer service is preferred.
• Act 201 Guard Card certification.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
