Job Description

Our company is looking to hire and train a hood service technician. It is a part-time position with flexible hours, which consist of mostly late nights. No experience is required, but previous kitchen exhaust hood cleaning, HVAC, pressure washing, and janitorial cleaning experience is beneficial. Workdays and hours vary depending on scheduled jobs, and the position is great for individuals looking to supplement their income.

Service Technician Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Personal transportation to and from job sites
• Mobile phone (must respond promptly)
• Arrive at job site in a professional manner
• Physically fit
• Reliable and able to work efficiently

Job Duties:

• Setting up and taking down equipment
• Pre-scraping grease buildup from kitchen hoods, fans, and duct systems
• Pressure washing filters
• Final clean up
  • Wiping down hoods
  • Cleaning up areas utilized
• Taking digital photos of work performed
• Reporting mechanical defects of clients and company equipment to management
• Cleaning company equipment and tools after each job
