I am looking for a customer-service focused person with great communication skills to join our team in Ewa Beach.

The ideal candidate will have previous insurance experience, but this is not necessary. Trainability, an eagerness to learn, help customers and function in a team environment is of the utmost importance.

This is a position for 40 hours/week in an established office in Ewa Beach.

Possibility of a 4-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone
• Mail sorting
• Schedule appointments for Agent
• Maintain files and records
• Word processing and data entry
• Accept payments
• Take claim and loss information
• Process P&C policy change requests and endorsements
• Secure expiration dates from prospects
• Follow-up on expiration dates
• Perform cancellation audits and conducts follow-up process to secure payments
• Other duties as assigned
