Description:
Assists Account Managers by processing paperwork assigned, which includes issuing certificates, ID cards, finance contracts, photo copying, faxing, typing proposals, and other miscellaneous clerical duties within established timeframe.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks and deadlines, be detail oriented, possess good verbal and written communication skills, type 35-45 wpm accurately, and have good knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheets, and office equipment skills. Excellent computer skills highly preferred. Previous customer service skills in a professional and courteous manner, in person and over the phone required. Interest in the Insurance industry highly preferred. Remote work may be offered after orientation/training period.
