The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist and support agents with administrative duties and deliver high-quality service to commercial and personal lines clients. As part of the Customer Service Delivery team, the CSR serves as the primary point of contact for customers. Responsible for receiving incoming calls and resolves inquiries/issues by phone or email promptly and efficiently. Under direct supervision, performs essential duties according to agency’s procedures while meeting service standards established by the company.
