POSITION SUMMARY
Our Prep Cook will be responsible for performing a variety of food preparations, assisting with the daily operations of the kitchen as well as assisting with monitoring inventory levels. Must be able to keep a positive disposition during peak times.

Prepare and deliver food orders to customer’s tables
Prep all items for taco fillings
Responsible for managing their own line
Communicate to management when restaurant supplies are low
Keep kitchen clean and well stocked
Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware
QUALIFICATIONS
Must obtain TB Certification.
Must be a team player, willing to help in all departments
Must be able to multi-task and think fast.
Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of products and procedures.
Positive attitude, respectful and courteous.
Willing to learn
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous restaurant experience preferred
EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, VEHICLES USE
Commercial use cutlery, fryers, food slicers, food warmers, graters, peelers, ranges/flat tops
Domestic kitchen, food thermometers, strainers, and colanders
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Family orientated, diverse, demanding and fast paced environment. Indoor restaurant, air conditioned. Open kitchen.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time and Part-time positions available. Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Business hours are 11:00am – 9:00pm.
