Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hospitality-minded Vacation Rental Co-Host to manage assigned vacation rental units on Oahu.

This is a flexible, primarily remote independent contractor position ideal for someone who enjoys guest communication, problem-solving, and working independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Co-hosts are responsible for the day-to-day coordination and operation of their assigned units, helping ensure a smooth guest experience and efficient property operations.

We are looking for someone seeking a long-term opportunity with room to grow over time by taking on additional units and responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest communication, inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest support before, during, and after stays
• Manage reservation flow, operational scheduling, and day-to-day coordination for assigned properties
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews in a professional and timely manner
• Troubleshoot and help resolve guest, operational, and property-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and other service providers as needed
• Monitor unit condition and report maintenance or operational concerns
• Coordinate restocking of guest amenities and supplies as needed
• Communicate professionally with property owners regarding their units
• Handle occasional on-site visits and fieldwork when operational issues arise
• Help maintain a positive guest experience and strong property performance


Work Style & Expectations:

• This is a flexible, primarily remote position; however, occasional fieldwork and in-person response to guest or operational issues will be required
• Availability on weekends and holidays is expected as part of the hospitality industry
• Co-hosts must be responsive and maintain reliable communication when issues arise
• This role is best suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently


Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Hospitality, Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or property management experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using apps, spreadsheets, and online booking platforms
• Must currently reside on Oahu
• Must have a valid Hawaii driver`s license and access to a reliable vehicle


Compensation:

• Independent contractor position
• Fixed monthly compensation per assigned unit
