Job Summary:

We`re a growing vacation rental and property management company in Hawaii, seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to support day-to-day rental operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, guest interaction, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone seeking a long-term opportunity with room for growth as part of a supportive and expanding local team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with guest communication, check-ins, check-outs, and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with cleaning teams and maintenance vendors
• Help with listing management and scheduling (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
• Assist with long-term rental operations, including tenant communication, property showings, inspections, and coordination tasks
• Communicate professionally with property owners and assist with owner-related support and coordination
• Handle incoming company phone calls from guests, tenants, vendors, and property owners
• Perform occasional on-site visits, errands, and operational support tasks as needed
• Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations across vacation rental and long-term rental properties

Qualifications:

• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable speaking with both guests and clients
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic office software (Google Sheets, Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
• Prior experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or customer service is a plus
• Must have a valid Hawaii driver`s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Must currently reside on Oahu
• Must be flexible and responsive outside regular business hours when needed
• Availability on weekends and holidays is expected as part of the hospitality industry
• This role is best suited for someone who enjoys hospitality, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Work Conditions:

• Hourly pay (rate negotiable based on experience)
• Flexible schedule; part-time or full-time options available
• Reimbursed mileage and approved work-related expenses
