Assisting the short term vacation rental manager with daily operations which include managing guest communication, coordinating housekeeping/maintenance, and handling administrative tasks. Key duties include checking the unit to ensure cleanliness and re-stocking unit with supplies, meeting guests to assist with check-in process, updating booking calendars (e.g., Escapia), scheduling cleaners, resolving guest issues, and listing properties on platforms like Airbnb. This role ensures a seamless guest experience, requiring strong organizational skills and flexible availability.
We are looking for an individual with experience in vacation rental management or property management.
This position will require your own vehicle but the company reimburses on miles.
