Diamond Bakery, recognized as one of Hawaii's Fastest Growing Companies in 2024 by Pacific Business News, is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Quality Assurance and Logistics Specialist to join our operations team. This entry to mid-level position will report to the Director of Operations and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our commitment to food quality and operational excellence, with opportunities for growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Operations in upholding brand standards related to food quality and safety.
• Conduct quality control testing and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support logistics operations, including scheduling, procurement, and managing inventory levels effectively.
• Monitor inventory to ensure that stock aligns with production needs and minimize waste and out of stocks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives in quality and logistics.
• Foster a positive team environment by demonstrating a proactive, can-do attitude and encouraging collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or logistics is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 5AM to 2PM
