We are seeking a grasscutter to assist with the upkeep of outdoor areas for commercial clients. Responsibilities typically include grass cutting and weed control as part of maintenance contracts.

Job responsibilities:

• Operate a lawn mower to ensure proper grass height maintenance.
• Conduct daily inspections of all equipment.
• Load and unload tools efficiently from work vehicles.
• Accurately record and report working hours each day.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in grass cutting or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver`s license, maintain a clean driving record, and have access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move items exceeding 50-70 pounds on a repeated basis.
• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, and lifting as job duties require.
• Willingness to work in varied weather conditions.
• Demonstrated reliability.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Exhibits a strong work ethic and always maintains a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Previous experience operating lawn care equipment, including lawn mowers and weed eaters, is preferred.

Work hours:

Full-Time Position

Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Compensation:

$19.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
