Job Summary:

We`re a growing vacation rental and property management company in Hawaii, looking for a reliable and motivated Staff Support to join our team.

This part-time role involves helping with day-to-day operations, guest coordination, and owner support. It`s perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, solving problems, and creating a great experience for guests.

While this is listed as a part-time position, we`re ideally looking for someone who can be consistently involved, with occasional responsiveness outside regular hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with guest communication, check-ins, check-outs, and basic troubleshooting

• Coordinate with cleaning teams and maintenance vendors

• Inspect units, report issues, and follow up on vendor work

• Help with listing management and scheduling (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

• Support long-term rental tasks such as tenant communication or basic inspections

• Provide personal assistant support to the owner as needed, including errands, scheduling, and admin support

Qualifications:

• Friendly, responsible, and comfortable speaking with both guests and owners

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Basic tech literacy (Google Drive, messaging apps, etc.)

• Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or real estate is a plus

• Must have a valid Hawaii driver`s license

• Must currently reside in Hawaii (Oahu-based applicants only)

• Availability to respond occasionally outside normal business hours

Compensation & Work Style:

• Starting at $18/hour (higher rate depending on experience)

• Flexible hours (approx. 10–25 hours/week depending on season & fit)
