Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, days and shift varies.

What you will be doing: You`ll be responsible for the management of student support services that enhance the academic and personal development of program participants in compliance with government and management directives. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

  1. Recommend and manage the administrative and student activities services of the department with a diversified program that will attract voluntary participation. 
  2. Build and sustain stronger partnerships and collaboration between student affairs and other departments in support of initiatives to enhance student success. 
  3. Develop practices and programs that enhance the student experience, foster student learning/development, and encourage student involvement. 
  4. Serve as a consultant/resource for center-related issues of student conduct policies, student intervention, and student support. 
  5. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor`s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communication, or a closely related field and two years of experience. Supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
