Established in 2004, Mastercare Homecare was envisioned as a way to ensure the elderly and disabled of Hawaii receive the type of care anyone would want to receive as they age. For the next 8 years, Mastercare grew, covering all the 4 major islands (Oahu, Hilo, Maui, and Kauai) of Hawaii. We have now expanded to Texas, Colorado and several more states.

Mastercare is seeking compassionate RN's for an exciting Home Health Care opportunity, providing 12-hour shifts. In this role, you'll deliver comprehensive care while collaborating closely with a team of PT's, OT's, and SLP's. These hours will be from 8am - 8pm and 8pm -8am.

Registered Nurse

Duties:
- Provide direct care for a disabled client
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as instructed
- Collaborating closely with a team of PT's, OT's and SLP's
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions as needed

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii
- High quality experience, but we welcome all candidates dedicated to providing exceptional care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

- 8am -8pm and 8pm - 8am (12 Hour Shifts)

Credentials Needed:
- BLS Certification
- 2 Step TB
- RN License of Hawaii
- Drivers License or Government issued ID

- Social Security Card

- Fingerprinting

- New hire packet with Quizzes
