What You`ll Do:

• Lead by example – Deliver outstanding customer service and set the tone for the team.
• Support daily operations – Help manage inventory, staffing, cleanliness, and workflow.
• Train and motivate – Guide new and existing team members with positive leadership and clear communication.
• Ensure quality & consistency – From perfect gelato scoops to handcrafted drinks.
• Be part of special events & catering – Represent IL Gelato at fun off-site events.

Who We`re Looking For:

• Assistant Manager: 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience (preferably in food service or retail). You`re organized, hands-on, communicative, and passionate about great service.
• Availability: Must be available for a mix of weekdays and weekends.
• Mindset: You're calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and know how to bring positive energy to your team.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
