Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks for a 25 building condo association such as painting, electrical repairs, masonry, plumbing and mechanical work
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Demonstrate leadership skills when coordinating maintenance projects
- Fabricate or repair building components as needed

-Report Directly to the Resident Manager

-Be willing to perform landscaping duties when necessary

Skills:

-Light carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical knowledge is useful
- Experience in residential painting for touch-ups and renovations
- Skills to fabricate or repair building structures as required

-Experience with hand and power tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, negotiable
