Reservations Agent - Must currently live on Maui and must have a valid driver's license (REQUIRED). Please do not apply if you do not have these requirements. 

Duties:

- Assist inquiring guests in booking their Maui accommodation based on their requests and needs

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner at their
accommodation
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries through phone, text, chat and email
- Provide information about property facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Weekends and Holidays are a must

Flexible schedule (Set days off are not guaranteed and will change on a weekly basis depending on the need for staffing on any given day)

Shift is currently 9:30 am - 6 pm (will change to 10:30 am - 7 pm in the high season: November - April with possibility to stay at 10:30 am - 7 pm depending on the need)

$2000 Signing Bonus after 6 months of employment

Starting pay: $18.00 per hour

After 90 days of employment: Pay can increase to $19.00 per hour (dependent on performance)

After 1 year of employment: Pay can increase to $20.00 per hour (dependent on performance)

3) Full-time position only (40 hours per week). No part-time or casual positions available.
