As a Senior Construction Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, working directly with homeowners, engineers, contractors, and developers to evaluate foundation issues, propose solutions, and close high-value sales. This role is perfect for a proven closer who knows construction, sales, and project management and wants to be part of an elite, high-performing team.
What You`ll Do
✔ Sell high-value foundation repair and geo-structural solutions to homeowners, engineers, and contractors.
✔ Respond to inbound leads and conduct on-site evaluations – gather data, take elevations, and assess structural issues.
✔ Prepare and present detailed proposals with accurate scopes of work, pricing, and schedules.
✔ Close deals effectively and build long-term relationships with clients.
✔ Manage projects from contract signing to completion, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
✔ Work directly with engineers and project managers on permitting, designs, and construction details.
✔ Oversee project budgets, schedules, and performance to maximize profitability.
✔ Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
✔ Develop new sales strategies and marketing initiatives to expand our client base.
✔ Promote Foundation Systems Hawaii as the leader in foundation repair through networking and industry outreach.
