Position name: Driver`s Education Instructor

Facility name: Hawaii (Maui) Job Corps Center 

Location: Makawao, HI

Schedule - Monday-Friday 7:45am - 11:30am

Job responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and directing students in the driver`s education program, in compliance with government and management directives. 

Essential functions: 

1. Process students` driver`s education applications
2. Prepare students for written examination through lectures and discussions.
3. Evaluate students` performance.
4. Determine the students` readiness to complete the written and driving test.

• Other duties as assigned.

  Education and Experience Requirements:

  Valid certificate to teach driver's education in Hawaii. 

• Valid driver`s license with an acceptable driving record.
