Job Details

Looking for an experienced Property Manager in the short term /vacation rental field. 

Prior use of Escapia software, prior experience with managing short term rentals.

A team player who could find solutions and offer excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. 

Must have Japanese language skills - Fluently speak, write, and communicate in Japanese. 

Must have valid driver's license and own car. (Company will reimburse on miles)

This is a fast paced office and we will require the candidate to be flexible around working hours. 

Off-hour emergencies, check-ins, and guest services are required and part of the job. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required for office based computer work.

Active real estate license is not required but preferred.
