Title:  General Foreman for Industrial Construction

Mechanical / Industrial General Contractor seeking a qualified, multi-skilled General Foreman. 

Position:

• Project generally consist of water, wastewater, and fuel systems
• Full time
• Supervising craftsman and subcontractors
• Mix of Private and Prevailing Wage (Davis-Bacon) work
• Jobsites vary across Big Island

Requirements:

• Applicant must have 5 years` experience as a Foreman
• Able to read plans, perform layout and check elevations
• Able to pass High Security Background checks for Military Projects
• Understanding of general construction safety rules and regulations
• Multi-skilled worker willing and able to assist and perform other trades
• Familiarity with demolition, heavy industrial pipe installation, concrete work, equipment operation, and earthwork
• Perform physical labor for heavy construction projects
