Diamond Head Home Inspections is hiring 1–2 full-time home inspectors. No inspection experience required.  We train and certify. If you've worked construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, pest control, or facilities, you already have most of what we need.

You'll be on roofs, in attics, and under houses, then writing clear reports the same day. Must live on Oahu, have a valid license and reliable vehicle, and be comfortable talking to clients. 

This is a fast-paced business with a reputation for quality, custom reports and outstanding customer service. We will train the right individual.

Full-time, $20/hr during training then percentage of inspection fees after that, equipment and training provided.

Job Requirements:
Certified with InterNACHI or ASHI preferred
Strong attention to detail
Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service
Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great listening skills
Proficient computer skills
Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers
Good presence and energy
Integrity and strong work ethic
Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
Your office is your car. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance is a must.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time
Ability to pass all employment screening and technical knowledge exam
Authorization for background and driving checks will be required
Available to work some evenings and weekends
Ability to lift heavy objects (i.e. carry a ladder and tool bag) and climb on roofs
