Aloha! We are a locally owned and operated property maintenance & landscaping company looking for an experienced Landscaper and Maintenance/Cleaner. Our perfect candidate is punctual and reliable, experienced with various equipment and tools, and has a strong ability to pay attention to detail. We currently have 1 Part-time position with ability to move to Full-Time based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs when applicable.
• Collect and dispose of trash/greenery.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Prune and trim landscape
• Applying fertilizer and pesticides as needed

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Janitor, Landscaper or similar role
• Strong knowledge of basic cleaning and yard equipment and chemicals
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a drug screening before/during employment

Location: Honolulu

Schedule: Part-time, Day time. M-F with weekend availability a plus. Flexible hours.

Pay: starting at $18/hr
