We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Valet Clerks to join our team. This pivotal role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

We are hiring for on-call and full-time positions for day, night and overnight shifts. Rate of pay is $17 -$19/hour. We work with your availability!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with valet team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service, with an emphasis on hospitality.
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems are essential.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest relations. 
• A team player willing to collaborate with colleagues.
