We are excited to offer you an opportunity to join our team at OMAJ! Below are the details regarding our available shifts and compensation structure:

Locations : 

• Honolulu (Opening March) 
• Ko Olina Resort 

1. WORK SCHEDULE
We offer a flexible schedule with shifts structured as follows:

• Shift Length: 6-hour shifts per day
• Availability: Up to 3 days per week
• Paid Hours Per Shift: 5 hours (including 30 minutes for SOAP notes, if required)
• Unpaid Break: 1-hour lunch break

2. COMPENSATION
Our pay structure is designed to fairly compensate your time and expertise:

• Base Pay: $20.00 per hour for all paid hours
• Commission: $12.00 per hands-on massage hour performed, plus tips

3. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND PAY INCREASE OPPORTUNITIES
We value the contributions of our therapists and regularly review performance. Compensation, including base pay and commission rates, may be subject to increases based on productivity, client retention, professionalism, and overall contributions to the business. Any adjustments to pay will be determined at the discretion of management and communicated accordingly.

4. PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS
As part of our team, we expect all therapists to uphold high professional standards, including:

• Adhering to all state licensing requirements and ethical guidelines
• Maintaining accurate and timely SOAP notes for each client, if required
• Providing exceptional service and upholding spa policies

No matter the number of massage sessions performed during the shift, you will receive a guaranteed payment of $100 per day.
