Are you ready to work hard, learn fast, and be part of a skilled trades team? We`re looking for a Welder`s Helper and General Laborer to support welding operations and assist with various hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist welders with setup, preparation, and cleanup of work areas
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform grinding, cutting, and basic fabrication tasks
• Load and unload materials and maintain a clean job site
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, welding, or general labor preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
