Envision Networked Solutions is a locally owned and operated Telecommunications company involved with the Sales, installation and maintenance of telecommunications PBX systems, Hosted phone solutions and Data and wireless integration with over 40 years of doing business in Hawaii.

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounts Receivable/Payroll Specialist at Envision Networked Solutions.  The Accounts Receivable/Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing.  They will also administer alternating bi-Weekly payrolls and Human resources administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, tax deductions and benefits.  This role is solely located in Honolulu, HI, with flexibility for some remote work.  Interacts with the Accounts Receivable clerk, Accounts Payable clerk, Warehouse operations and Department Managers.  Reports to the Director of Finance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable and Ceridian Redwood Payroll.
• Experience with Great Plains Accounting helpful.
• Experience with Cost Accounting helpful.
• Sufficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with Database entry and upkeep required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

$26/hr starting
