The Sakura Center for Psychological Assessment and Therapy is looking for licensed mental health clinicians (Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC). The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about working with underserved populations and has experience and interest working with children, adults, and families.

As a therapist, you will provide evidence-based therapy to clients of all ages, helping them to overcome mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals. You will be responsible for developing treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
• Provide evidence-based therapy to clients of all ages, including individuals, couples, families, etc.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care
• Attend team meetings and participate in case consultations as needed
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology or a related field
• Current licensure as a therapist in Hawaii
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
• Experience with electronic health records preferred
