Structural Concrete Bonding & Restoration, Inc. is looking for hardworking, dependable laborers who are ready to learn specialized skills in concrete restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, coatings, and building repair projects across Maui.

SCBRI is a local family owned company that has been serving Maui since 1987 as Maui`s Structural Restoration Specialist, providing structural repair and waterproofing solutions for resort, commercial, industrial, residential, and occupied building projects. Our work includes concrete spall and crack repairs, lanai and walkway restoration, waterproofing, railings, deck pavers, coatings, sealants, and other specialized restoration services. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is willing to learn, and wants to build a long-term career in the construction and restoration trades while contributing to beautifying projects across Maui County. 

About the Work

Team members may assist with a variety of concrete restoration and building repair projects, including:

• Concrete spall and crack repairs
• Waterproofing and water intrusion repairs
• Deck, lanai, walkway, and railing restoration
• Sealants, caulking, coatings, and surface preparation
• Industrial floor repair and specialty coatings
• GSSI scanning
• Post Tension cable repair
• General jobsite preparation, cleanup, safety support, and material handling

• Safety-minded and respectful on every jobsite
• Interested in construction, concrete repair, waterproofing, or skilled trades

Previous construction, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, coating, demolition or general labor experience is helpful, but not required for the right person.

Requirements

• Valid driver`s license preferred
• Reliable transportation to job sites preferred
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work safely and professionally
• Must be dependable and willing to learn
• Must be able to perform physical labor in Maui weather conditions
