• Lead risk analysis initiatives to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for governmental agencies and other stakeholders.
• Supervise treasury management activities such as investment management, liquidity planning, and cost control measures.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial concepts such as profit & loss management, revenue recognition, and cost management to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles with a strong background in corporate finance and accounting.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and regulatory frameworks relevant to accounting environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, fiscal management, and financial analysis with a focus on strategic planning.
• Proficiency in financial software systems and technical accounting tools for accurate report writing and interpretation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing comprehensive financial reports and presenting complex data clearly to stakeholders.
