Faith-Centered Online Educator (Independent Contractor | United States)

The Transformation Network LLC

Remote | Part-time | $35–52 per hour

Are you an educator who doesn't just teacha biblical worldview, but is actively being transformed by it?

At The Transformation Network LLC, we believe education is never neutral. It is discipleship.

Kingdom Thinkers Academy helps young people discover who God created them to be through personalized, project-based, Christ-centered learning. We're not just another online school. We're building a Kingdom education movement that equips families, develops purpose and raises the next generation of disciples.

As our community grows across the United States and internationally, we're looking for educators to join our team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking Faith-Centered Educators to lead live, small-group online classes as independent contractors.

Role details

• Remote, part-time contractor position
• Hourly pay of $35–52 per hour, depending on the number and size of the classes you teach
• Small-group classes across Grades K–12
• Teaching days and times are set once classes are confirmed and scheduled
• More teaching hours become available as enrollments grow

The lessons are already designed and prepared for you. Rather than spending hours writing curriculum, you'll focus on what matters most: building relationships, mentoring students and leading engaging live sessions that encourage discussion, inquiry, collaboration and biblical thinking.

What You'll Do

• Lead live online classes using our prepared curriculum and teacher guides
• Guide students through project-based, inquiry-driven learning
• Teach through our Responsive Discipleship Learning™ (RDL) approach
• Encourage participation, curiosity and critical thinking
• Build meaningful relationships with students and families
• Help students grow in confidence, purpose and Kingdom character
• Give encouragement and personalized feedback throughout the term
• Work with our education team to keep improving the student experience

Who We're Looking For

This role suits educators who:

• Have a genuine and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Live out a biblical worldview in everyday life
• Love building meaningful relationships with young people
• Enjoy mentoring as much as teaching
• Thrive in discussion-based, inquiry-driven learning
• Are creative, engaging and adaptable
• Believe every child has unique gifts and a God-given purpose

What You'll Bring

Essential

• Experience teaching or facilitating learning (classroom, online, homeschool, co-op or alternative education)
• Confidence leading live online classes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to complete a background check
• Alignment with the mission and values of The Transformation Network LLC

Highly valued

• State teaching license or relevant college degree
• Experience with project-based or inquiry-based learning
• Experience in Christian education or homeschool co-ops
• Experience facilitating inquiry-based learning

Why Join Us?

• Teach from home
• Focus on relationships rather than lesson planning
• Deliver professionally designed curriculum with full teacher support
• Invest deeply in students through small-group learning
• Work alongside passionate Christian educators
• Help shape a fast-growing Christian education movement

More Than a Teaching Job

This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to deliver content. We're looking for educators ready to disciple rather than just instruct, to build relationships before delivering content, and to walk alongside families as students discover who God created them to be.

Our Hiring Process

1. Apply through LinkedIn or at kingdomthinkersacademy.org/educators
2. Our founder, Kale Kneale, personally reviews every application
3. Shortlisted applicants are invited to an online interview
4. Successful applicants are matched to classes once days and times are confirmed
