Empowered Hospitality is on the lookout for rockstar senior HR leaders for client opportunities based in the New York City area!

These are highly visible leadership roles supporting multi-state restaurant operations within the casual and fast casual space. The right person will be comfortable moving between strategic HR leadership and the hands-on realities of supporting restaurant operations.

In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leadership and restaurant operators to shape and execute the people strategy across multiple locations and markets.

Location & Travel

• This is a hybrid role based in the New York City area. Candidates should be NYC-based or able to commute easily into the city on a regular basis.
• Because the client operates across multiple states, periodic out-of-state travel to restaurant locations will be required.
• Additional details regarding the client, reporting structure, scope, and compensation will be shared with qualified candidates during the recruitment process.
