Ace Retail Group, a division of Ace Hardware Corporation, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for Westlake Commercial. You will lead stores and their teams to create a sales minded culture and pursue new commercial accounts with business customers and multifamily properties.

You will partner with district and store leadership to coach teams in B2B selling, develop relationships, and drive growth through local events, promotions and targeted merchandising. Travel as required.
