Develop and implement supply chain strategies and networks to support programs and business opportunities.Use analytical and quantitative methods to predict and enhance supply chain processes, including assembling data, analyzing performance, and identifying problems.Coordinate cross-functional teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives, monitor contract compliance, and support negotiations.Qualifications: BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in supply chain analysis within aerospace or regulated manufacturing.Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and cost-to-serve models; knowledge of FAR/DFARS procurement requirements.Proficiency in Excel and ERP/supply chain tools; excellent communication and ability to work independently.Compensation and Benefits: Compensation range $110,000 - $130,000 USD, including performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance, generous PTO, 401(k) with immediate vesting, and more.Electra Electra builds the EL9, a nine-passenger hybrid-electric aircraft with ultra-short takeoff and landing capabilities, enabling quiet, point-to-point regional travel.
