The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) seeks project-based qualitative researchers (1099 contractors) to support campus-wide studies on speech, academic freedom, and trust. Remote, part-time roles with a strong emphasis on professional, neutral moderation and rigorous data handling.

You'll work with Zoom, interview one-on-one and in small groups, and contribute to memo writing and cross-participant synthesis. Prior freelance experience is valued and flexibility is needed to fit study windows.
