We are looking for a full-time Programme Manager on a fixed term contract until March 2028. The team sits within Planning, Performance and Insight service and works across the council to deliver the Data and Intelligence Strategy portfolio of work, supporting better decision-making, improved services and stronger outcomes for Gloucestershire's communities.
As Programme Manager for the Data Availability Programme, you will play a key role in turning the strategy into reality. You will coordinate work across multiple teams, directorates and support services to improve how data is accessed and used across the council. This will include managing programme governance, complex dependencies, risks, benefits and stakeholder engagement, while helping to support the delivery of priority data products and analytical outputs.
Salary will increase to £54,143 - £56,293 per annum/pro rata for part time.
The post holder will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of ambitious, complex and multi-faceted data and intelligence strategy programmes and projects, including elements of system redesign, remodelling of services, behaviour change and delivery of savings.
