Insight Global is looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist to join one of our largest CPG clients to support their digital strategy organization. This role specifically focuses on managing the vibrant social communities and influencer marketing. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for content strategy, content creation, daily posting, monitoring, and engaging with our community. This role will be expected to achieve high growth for social platform followings and engagement, providing in-depth, analytical, monthly reports on KPIs. This individual will be responsible for:

• content creation

• campaign schedule management

• driving traffic for paid social campaigns

• liaising with media agencies and other key stakeholders

• social marketing

• monthly reporting

• trend analytics

They will join a team that operates in a fast paced environment, so they must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and adjusting accordingly.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of experience in a medical and content role

CPG experience

Experience with platforms including: Sprout, Spinklr and Dash Social
