Job Title

In the context of an R&D project, Enogia is developing a new generation of hydrogen recirculators, with the ambition of surpassing the performance of currently available technologies on the market.

Main Mission:

• CAD design under SolidWorks of the rotating machine: architecture, selection of components, design of parts, assemblies, mechanical interfaces and plans.

Secondary Missions:

• Exploitation of fluid mechanics results to guide the design;
• Understanding of vibrational phenomena (natural modes);
• FEA calculations of mechanical strength;
• Choice of materials and hydrogen compatibility;
• Taking into account thermodynamic phenomena: heat transfers, evaporation/condensation, mixing H / water vapor / nitrogen;
• Participation in design reviews, prototyping and testing.

The internship focuses on a complex and multidisciplinary R&D issue.

Required Profile

Student in the final year of a mechanical engineering school or equivalent Bac +5.

Required profile:

• Good foundation in mechanical design;
• Mastery of SolidWorks or equivalent;
• Good level in general mechanics, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics;
• Marked interest in complex R&D issues;
• Strong technical curiosity.
