Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least (7-9) years of related experience.
• Clearance Requirement: US Citizen with a DoD Secret clearance
• SNOW Certified Application Developer
• Any IAT Level III Certification

Responsibilities:

• Support for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) integration with ServiceNow development and implementation to meet the design specifications using best practice and out of the box functionality.
• Assist the ServiceNow team, service management personnel, enterprise architect, with implementing and sustaining ServiceNow modules.
• Work with the key stakeholders within the program and the ServiceNow functional analyst to ensure successful implementation and roll out and sustainment.
• Support the development of integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Support the development of complex workflows and the development of new data tables within ServiceNow to support ongoing work.
• Will generate reports and dashboards within ServiceNow and participate in peer code reviews.
• Should be familiar with the Enterprise Configuration Management Data Base (CMBD) and will incorporate ServiceNow's CMDB solution that is extended to include capabilities in the legacy CMDB solution
