Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Detail

As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Detail in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a driving Security Officer at a retail mall location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors, tenants, and staff with exceptional customer service. You will use communication and observation skills to report concerns and support a welcoming environment. Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail center, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and assist with directing visitors and responding to requests for assistance.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
