Missions

The agricultural manager of GAEC and users ensures the quality and reliability of information concerning the agricultural departments, which constitutes a crucial database for monitoring and controlling most of the service's missions. They process requests related to agricultural groups of common exploitation (GAEC). They update the Isis and Osiris user databases. They verify the active farmer status of operators. Their actions secure administrative decisions and facilitate user procedures.

Description Of Missions:

• GAEC Manager: Processes approval, maintenance of approval, and exemption requests. Organizes specialized GAEC training meetings and ensures the secretariat. Presents dossiers before this instance. Updates the Isis database after each decision. Responds to user and agricultural professional organization requests. Conducts annual control of approved GAEC.
• Manager Of User Databases Isis And Osiris: Welcomes and informs agricultural operators. Informs management centers. Processes and records grazing number requests. Regularly updates Isis and Osiris databases.
• Instructor Of Active Farmer Character: Processes non-automated files. Informs concerned operators. Writes corresponding decisions. Provides support to other service missions, according to identified needs.

Relational Field: They are a known and recognized interlocutor of local actors and maintain relationships with operators and reference interlocutors in their field: DRAAF, DR ASP, agricultural professional unions, Chamber of Agriculture, management centers, etc. They participate in regional or national thematic networks. They work closely with other entities of the DDT. They participate in transversality within the DDT.

Profile Sought

KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of the agricultural world and its issues. Knowledge of regulations related to the themes. Mastery of basic office tools. Use of business applications. Ability to speak in meetings. Ease in understanding complex procedures, analyzing texts and circulars. Ability to write decisions, minutes. Respect of instructions. Successful experience in processing complex devices related to rural law and/or the functioning of enterprises.
