Data Operations Associate

Our client, a leader in the Life Sciences Pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an Active_Data Operations Associate 1 to join their team. As an Active_Data Operations Associate 1, you will be part of the Data Governance & Stewardship Center of Excellence supporting data management and client data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Operations Associate

Location: Remote

What's the Job?

• Provide operational data stewardship for clients by reviewing and updating customer profile data based on business rules
• Review and resolve MDM (Reltio) priority queues within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct data investigation and lineage research to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Perform professional demographic research on healthcare professionals (HCP) and healthcare organizations (HCO)
• Adhere to established processes and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (desired)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong communication and work management skills
• Immediate availability to start the position
• Experience or familiarity with Life Sciences pharmaceutical customer profile data is a plus
