What You'll Do

• Provide the guest with personal, gracious, and professional service, perceptive to their individual wants and needs. Have thorough knowledge of the merchandise and all menu items offered for sale at Trading Company. Translate this knowledge into creative upselling techniques to promote daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide the Hualalai Trading Company Manager with feedback on guest response to our product line, thereby participating in the definition of our inventory mix, and preventing any out of stock occurrences
• Participate in a bi-annual store inventory and do inventory audits
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.

What To Bring

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• Three to twelve months of retail, stocking, or merchandizing experience
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Weekend & Holiday availability required
