The Opportunity

• 0.5 - 0.6FTE
• 2 Days in Clinic with 1 Dedicated OR Day with the ability to add on more cases
• $400,000+ Compensation - Base Pay and Annual Quality Bonus
• No Call Requirement
• Sign-on Bonus and up to $20,000 Relocation Bonus
• 25-35 Days of Paid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays
