Digital Content & Web Operations Coordinator

The Digital Content & Web Operations Coordinator supports the maintenance and optimization of more than 50 websites through engaging content, promotional campaigns, and website configuration. This role blends content management, digital merchandising, and website administration to ensure our websites remain accurate, engaging, and optimized for customer acquisition and business growth. As a member of a small, collaborative digital team, you will work closely with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Development, and other internal and external partners to build webpages, launch promotions, manage website configurations, leverage AI-assisted content creation tools, and continuously improve the customer experience across our portfolio of websites.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience managing website content.
• Experience launching digital marketing campaigns and website promotions.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality assurance skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with WordPress.
• Experience using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (editing existing code; development experience not required).
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or other web analytics platforms.
• Experience working with CMS workflows and content governance.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-brand website environments.
